Healthy Cranberry Apple Baked Oatmeal

This baked oatmeal is refined-sugar free, packed with wholesome ingredients and bursting with flavor!

- Rolled Oats - Cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg - Apple and cranberries - Maple Syrup - Milk - Eggs - Baking powder, salt, vanilla

Ingredients needed:

Sprinkle about half of the cranberries and apple on the bottom of the dish.

In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, baking powder, salt and spices

Spread the rolled oats evenly over the cranberries and apple.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla and maple syrup.

Pour the combined ingredients over top of the oats.

Top with remaining diced apple and frozen cranberries.

Bake for 40-45 minutes or until oatmeal is set. Let cool 10 minutes.
