I love when peaches are in season. They are so versatile! You can throw them into a sweet or savory dish and they shine equally as well. This Grilled Peach Dessert Pizza obviously falls into the sweet category, but it really isn’t overpoweringly sweet. Its refined sugar free as this just uses honey to sweeten the ricotta cheese base and then is topped with a cinnamon honey drizzle.
I used my favorite pizza dough, but slightly altered it. Instead of the Italian seasoning and mozzarella, I added just a pinch of cinnamon to make the dough a little more like dessert. This whole dessert is cooked on the grill! No need to heat up the house with your oven in these hot summer months!
