We’ve been doing pizza Friday for quite some time now. I’ve tried lots of different types of pizza crusts. Sourdough, yeast dough, cauliflower and even chicken. This quick and easy pizza crust is the one we keep coming back to. Given a choice, my husband picks this every. time.
It mixes together in just a few minutes, has no yeast (which means no rise time) and is relatively low in calories. The addition of Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese to the dough give an extra boost in flavor.
Our favorite way to cook pizza is on the grill. We are obsessed with it! Grilling pizza crust gives it that rustic, wood fired taste and texture. Of course, this dough can easily be made in the oven, but if you haven’t grilled pizza, give it a try!
You may recognize the main ingredients of this quick and easy pizza crust dough because I’ve also made, Homemade Garlic Knots, Cheddar Jalapeno Bagels, and Air Fryer Breakfast Pockets with it. The dough has endless possibilities and I’m not done creating with it! We enjoy making individual pizzas, but you can certainly make this as one larger sized pizza.
