Cranberry-Pecan Goat Cheese Bites are an easy and elegant appetizer! Creamy goat cheese topped with homemade cranberry sauce and pecans in a crisp phyllo shell. An easy holiday appetizer for your next gathering!

I love appetizers that look and feel fancy, yet take minimal effort to put together. These cranberry-pecan goat cheese bites are just that!
Bite size phyllo shells, filled with goat cheese, topped with homemade cranberry sauce and pecans. It is perfectly sweet and savory, all in one bite.
The small bite size makes these ideal for an easy holiday appetizer. Serve them on a small tray or add them to a charcuterie board and impress your friends and family!
Ingredients for Cranberry-Pecan Goat Cheese Bites:
- 1 box Phyllo Cups – found in the freezer section of most grocery retailers. I use Athens brand.
- Goat Cheese – My preference is to use a small log of goat cheese. Goat cheese crumbles have added ingredients to prevent caking.
- Cranberry Sauce – It only take 20 minutes to whip up a batch of my cranberry sauce with honey. Refined sugar free and bursting with flavor that pairs beautifully with the goat cheese!
- Pecans pieces – These add just a little bit of extra crunch to go with the creamy goat cheese. Raw halves and pieces work perfectly here.
How To Make Goat Cheese Bites
- Preheat your oven to 325°F
- Add the phyllo cups to a baking sheet.
- Add goat cheese to each cup.
- Top cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm
Tips for making this Easy Holiday Appetizer
- Allow the goat cheese to come to room temperature if you are using a log. It will make it easier to scoop the cheese into the cups.
- Goat cheese crumbles can be substituted.
- Make the homemade cranberry sauce the day before to cut any prep time.
- These can be assembled the day of, placed in the fridge and then heated up when ready to serve. You may need an extra few minutes of bake time with this method.
- I do not recommend making these the day before. The phyllo cups will begin to get soft.
Where to buy phyllo cups
Phyllo cups can be found at most grocery retailers in the frozen section. Usually located with the frozen pie crusts and puff pastry. I use Athens brand.
