Fruit Salad with Orange-Mint Dressing

A delicious fruit salad with a refreshing orange-mint dressing. The perfect side dish for the summer months and is sure to be a crowd favorite!

Looking for a fresh, healthy dessert or headed to a cookout this summer? This simple and easy fruit salad is exactly what you need to make! Fruit on its own is obviously delicious, but add my orange-mint dressing and you’ve got something a little extra special!

Ready in under 15 minutes, with no refined sugar (just a touch of honey), it is the perfect dessert for a hot summer day. You could even top it with some fresh whipped cream!

Ingredients for this Fruit Salad with Orange-Mint Dressing

  • Strawberries – hulled and quartered
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi – peeled and diced. Ripe kiwi should be slightly soft when pushed on with your thumb.
  • Red Seedless Grapes – halved
  • Navel Orange – Juiced – A small juicer like this one will get the job done.
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Honey

How to make fruit salad with Orange-Mint Dressing

  1. Prepare the fruit by washing and cutting up into bite size pieces.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, add all the diced fruit and set aside.
  3. In a small jar with a lid, muddle the mint leaves in the bottom. Add the orange juice and honey.
  4. Shake well to combine.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruit, straining out the mint leaves.
  6. Mix well, coating all the fruit with the dressing
  7. Serve

TIPS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

  • Make sure all fruit is cut up evenly and bite size
  • Other fruits can be substituted or added. Try blackberries, mandarin oranges, peaches or pineapple.
  • Unless consuming immediately, avoid apples or bananas as they will brown quickly

  • 1 lb strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups of grapes, halved

Orange Mint Dressing

  • 6 leaves of Mint
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions
